Current guess is Philodromidae for the spider. No clue for the mites.

Probably larvae of a species of Leptus (family Erythraeidae). These commonly parasitize other arachnids.

Removing mites
If you cooled down the spider so it wouldn't bite, could you remove the mites without permanently harming the spider? I feel bad for the spider.

Then what would become of the baby mites? Mites are arachnids too.

btw, have you ever tried to cool a spider to the point it is inactive? I would be interested in your results.

 
Not me...
A relative of mine has cooled down spiders many times and it seems to work. She has taken some nice photos.
