The degree of to which the femora is black eliminates T. trifasciatum. No fasciae directly above the scutellum eliminates T. barberi.

I think either Temnostoma bal
I think either Temnostoma balyras or T. trifasciatum - hard to tell whether the last segments of the abdomen have yellow hair (T. balyras) or black (T. trifasciatum, or maybe T. barberi, though the latter has extensive areas of the wing bare, which this fly seems to lack).
