Lake Darner? - Aeshna

Lake Darner? - Aeshna
St. Lunaire-Griquet, Newfoundland/Labrador, Canada

I believe this to be a Lake Darner, Aeschna eremita. Would someone like to confirm? This would be a new species for the guide?

Lake Darner?
The side thoracic stripes look Lake-ish, but the front thoracic stripes are quite thin. Those stripes on the Lake are usually more robust...
Any other photos?

2nd photo
Thanks for your comments. I just submitted a 2nd photo of this individual, with a full dorsal view which shows the tops of the stripes. Not a great shot, but the best I have. Another shot from the left side is much too dark to be of any use.

best way to separate
Lake Darner from the similar Canada Darner is the presence/absence of a facial stripe; strong in Lake;

absent/weak in Canada

Unfortunately, cannot make out details on yours
