Opsodexia grisea (Coquillett), male
Moved from Opsodexia. ID confirmed from specimen, now a photo-voucher. Thanks John!

Should be grisea
This should be Opsodexia grisea.

Bicolor is lighter colored in general.
Flavipennis has more orange on the antenna and lacks large bristles on tergites 3 and 4.
Nox has black antennae and lacks large bristles on tergites 3 and 4.

A different angle shot of the tip of the hind tibia would help confirm. I am puzzled why we would have two locations with grisea and none with the much more commonly collected bicolor.

I added a shot
with a better view of the hind leg, thanks.
