Unfortunately, this insect cannot be absolutely determined without examining a male genital bulb under a microscope. At this locality this might possibly be Panorpa maculosa, submaculosa, nebulosa, acuta, or banksi.

Tough to say what it is. Best I can say is that it looks similar to a couple species in the nebulosa group.
