Size: body length 10.2 mm.
Found under a rotting log.
It seems quite similar to Graham Montgomery's unidentified spider seen
here

Metaltella simoni

I agree, it is a hacklemesh weaver, though I'm not certain of the genus. I have my hands full with spider wasps at the moment:-)
