Odd insect I saw on youtube video. Video not / mine

Wasn't sure where to put this since its a video someone else filmed but they wanted an ID too. So heres the video and any responses are appreciated. I beieve its in the US.

Looks like it might be a jumping spider hopper mimic.. not sure but I've senn other jumping spiders do that swaying dance
