Spider BG571 - Hentzia palmarum - Male
East shore of Lake St. John, Concordia Parish, Louisiana, USA
November 23, 2006
Size: body length 5.3 mm.
We have identified this male as Hentzia palmarum. The reduced chelicerae suggest that it is subadult.
It was found on the hand rail of a fishing pier.
Confirmation/correction welcome.
