Orange skipperling
has longer antennae and common to the location vs. Arogos

Skipper
This butterfly is larger than Orange skipperling. Jeff Glassberg suggested ID as Delaware skipper.

Looks like faint Delaware that I see in my locale
I had assumed that your locale was south of range but appears to be at range edge. Also size description helps in ID. When I zoom in on image, the fringe on the HW appears to be a faded orange and the FW above edge looks dark which are supportive of Delaware.

Maybe Arogos skipper
At the edge of range and several other small skippers / skipperlings are possible. But this plain light orange skipper appears to have white wing fringes which is an indicator of Arogos.
