Broad-tipped Conehead
This is a Broad-tipped Conehead (Neoconocephalus triops). Easy way to ID this species is by looking at the cone. Broad-tipped Coneheads cones are wider than long as in yours. Only other similar species is Sword-bearing Conehead, which can be differentiated by its longer cone and range. Those were great pictures for Identifying your katydid!
