Moth parasitoid

Size: about 6mm
This emerged from a Skiff Moth caterpillar that I was hoping to raise and proceded to pupate. I still have the pupae and hope it is viable. In the meantime, any ideas of what insect family it might be from? Pupal photo attached also.
