Size: Approx 1 3/4 to 2 inches
I photographed this small dragonfly on a Serviceberry Bush this afternoon.
It is very small, perhaps an immature or female.
Any ID help would be appreciated.

Sympetrum semicinctum
a female. abdominal pattern fits and I'm seeing amber on the wings
size doesn't change after they eclose (emerge from the nymph)
