Noctuid? - Euchaetes egle

Noctuid? - Euchaetes egle
Tallahassee, Leon County, Florida, USA
July 16, 2014
Size: ~19mm length
Attracted to black light. A puzzler, so plain and yet distinct with those "naked" black legs! I wished I had captured it and found out about the yellow spot at the thorax. Probably a noctuid but I simply cannot find a match. What is it?

Moved
Moved from ID Request.

Looks like an Arctiid
Possibly Euchaetes egle.

Yes, I expected a surprise.
Thank you for your suggestion! I had the gut feeling that the yellow spot on the "neck" might have been the key to the ID. You provided it, and sooner than I could have hoped for.
