The outer marking on the 1st segment is a sideways slash mark. O. quadripunctatus would have a dot.

Chances are that this is O. nigricornis, but without the call analysis, cannot be 100% certain that it is not O. forbesi.

given that I found this in Maine...
isn't it safe to call it O. nigricornis? All my other forbesi vs nigricornis from Maine were moved to nigricornis.

 
Yes, you can certainly move it to O. nigricornis
There is a strong feeling that anything east of eastern Ohio is O. nigricornis. But I went through some recordings from several years ago and discovered that there are some O. nigricornis in northern Wisconsin. So I'm now moving images to O. forbesi vs O. nigricornis.
