Tiny little guys from eggs on a spider plant

Tiny little guys from eggs on a spider plant
Sacramento, Sacramento County, California, USA
July 28, 2014
Size: 2mm
These little guys appeared this morning, from what I assume is a line of eggs (?) on the underside of a spider plant leaf. The eggs are tiny, nearly rectangular, tan in color, and linear along the spine of the leaf. In the middle of each little rectangle (each egg?) is a tiny spot from which I think the insects emerged. The insects are no more than 2mm in length, with 6 dark legs, 2 antennae (?) and a mostly-green body. The heads are darker colored, with a reddish hue. (The photo makes the legs, head, and antennae appear darker than they seem to the naked eye.) In terms of behavior, they seem to just line up at the end of the leaf, each essentially in the same orientation, with antennae held high and spread out wide.) Appreciate the help!

Leaf-footed Bug hatchlings. Never seen green ones, though.
