Ichneumon Wasp -
Messatoporus discoidalis
Wildwood Park; Radford, Virginia, USA
July 28, 2014
Is this an Ichneumon Wasp? Perhaps Agonocryptus discoidaloides?
This is my only shot of it as it kept crawling along and into a crack in the wall.

Based on the coloration of the hind leg, including the coxa, my guess would be
Messatoporus discoidalis
. It has been reared from several pompilids.
