Most definitely P. tibialis...dark discal cell and dark facial grooves (visible in 2nd image), and all other characters unequivocally point to that species.

This is a female, from the evident "theca" (bump under the 4th sternite...though it's actually attached to the 5th sternite, and folded forward).
