Tipula (Nippotipula) metacomet
This is a female Tipula (Nippotipula) metacomet, distinguished from the similar T. abdominalis by the solidly dark brown legs, dark brown wing stigma, and lack of spot at end of R1+2, and evenly dark brown tergite 1. Very nice photo showing all relevant features.
