This is likely Panorpa insole
This is likely Panorpa insolens based on the unbroken basal band, lack of a submarginal spot, and locality. Note that previously this would have been referred to as Panorpa helena Byers 1962. Also note that this is not the species previously referred to as P. insolens from the Bluegrass region of Kentucky.
