I'm not sure what else it could be, though I've not noticed one like this before. I did collect it, so perhaps I'll be able to verify whether it's spider built, even if I can't tell what kind.

small wasps
After a couple of days in the container, ~25 very active small wasps appeared, presumably having hatched out from the eggs.
