Stenonema femoratum / tripunctaum
This comment doesn't change anything. It is to clarify the form. There is no question on Stenonema femoratum. Looking at Lewis 1974 A, figure 39 this is the form tripunctatum. So this is Stenonema femoratum / tripunctatum.

No need to move or change anything just making clarity.

probably Stenonema femoratum
Ventral spot pattern of abdomen similar to Stenonema femoratum. Look for gills with rounded apices and tracheated gill # 7 (can't see this in the pix).
