Draeculacephala producta?
The head is much longer and sharper than in D. zeae, so it is either D. producta (recorded from the Caribbean and Florida) or else D. robinsoni, which occurs in the SE as well as in the north. Neither have been authoritatively documented from TX. See if you can lay your hands on a specimen.
