Not Oxidus
It is a flat-backed millipede, but not Oxidus gracilus, which has pronounced transverse grooves on each segment. Compare:

It appears to me to be in Xystodesmidae, I am not familiar enough with your area to narrow down further. A similar example (NOT an ID):
