I took a second look and I am suspicious of my initial diagnosis ... I'm putting this back in the geophilomorpha until I can be more certain.

Schendyla nemorensis
Very common in our area and quite small.

Based on the color, uniform antenna width, and absence of tarsal claws on the last pair of legs.
