Is this Hodges #4700 Acharia stimulea, Saddleback Caterpillar Moth?? If not, which is it?

Correct
This is a very distinctive species. The only similar one is the Purple Crested Slug Moth, Adoneta spinuloides, which has an image by Bob Patterson that looks suspiciously like Acharia stimulea, but I'm not an expert so I'll leave that alone! Have you checked out the live species plate series by Moth Photographers?
