Scaphoideus
And I've been enjoying your chalcidoid photos a lot.

Thanks!
You've got some very nice chalcids also. They are irresistible, I never realized what a variety I had here till I started using a net this spring.

Thank you, too
Regarding nets, what type of net bag do you use? I just ordered this one, which is only for sweeping and is all-canvas. I've been using this one for sweeping, but it has mesh at the end, and I was starting to wonder if some tiny wasps were escaping through the mesh part.

That one you ordered
is the one I use. I first tried the heavy duty one and it was a little too stiff. The medium works really well though I tend to go through them pretty fast. The edge around the rim tends to fray rather easily. Sometimes I'll put some duct tap over the fraying portion to extend the life.

My combination net has lasted
My combination net has lasted a long time, but that's probably a product of it not getting much use.

Thanks!
I'm glad I got the same one that you've been using. I may try the duct-tape trick, as well.
