Is this a Cerambycid? - Tenomerga cinerea

Is this a Cerambycid? - Tenomerga cinerea
Hollis, Hillsborough County, New Hampshire, USA
August 8, 2014
Size: 1/2 inch without antennae
At first I thought this specimen had no legs. Mid and hind legs are tucked into grooves and held close to the body at rest. The eyes are rounded, not notched; antennae appear 11 segmented; tarsi appear 5 segmented with last segment inserted in notch of previous segment. Collected in basement of a home.
