How big is this? If it's over 6 mm, it's probably Achenomorphus corticinus, but if smaller, then one of the other Medonina. I'll hold off on moving it while awaiting more info.

Looks right :) and then it will be surprisingly BG's first August rove beetle from Florida. I'm not sure whether to move it or not, so I'll leave it under ID Requests.
