Nymph
That's actually a Ladybug Nymph of some sort. :) Probably a Multicolor Asian Ladybeetle nymph. (Harmonia axyridis). Check the following link for comparison. http://bugguide.net/node/view/643940

 
actually a larva, not a nymph
the term nymph is used for insects with a hemimetabolous life cycle (with the term 'nyiad' used for those with aquatic nymphs). The term larva is used for insects with holometabolous life cycles.
