What are generally called Squash Bugs...
...are in the genus Anasa. Yours is in the same family, though: Coreidae.

My daughter is sooooo happy t
My daughter is sooooo happy to finally know what it is! She has decided to write her own insects ID book with all the pictures of insects I take that we find around the house. I'm trying to help her figure out what some of them are. I will be posting a couple more now ! :-)
