July 29, 2014
Butterfly garden on the edge of a parking lot abutting a deciduous swamp and suburban homes, Minneapolis/St. Paul.

Flower?
Dufourea monardae?

Duforea monardae?
I'm responding to the question mark in the title of your reply.

The plant is Bee Balm, also known as Bergamot, Oswego Tea. The person who identified it for me said it was Monarda didyma.

I have photo of the plant if it's useful.
