Cutina arcuata Info Page

The larval host is listed as 'Cupressus (cypress)' with a reference to the original description by Pogue & Ferguson. Their description associated Cutina with 'cypress (Taxodium spp.) swamps' but did not actually describe the immature stage for Cutina arcuata (or Cutina aluticolor for that matter). Regardless Cupressus is not the same as Taxodium.

Reference aside larvae have subsequently been found on Bald Cypress (Taxodium distichum).

Thanks!
