This is..
... One of the many paravaejovis (vaejovis is no longer valid) species within the 'eusthenura' group, which includes P. confusus, P. waeringi, P. puritanus, and the other species formerly known as 'Vaejovis'.

The claws are too short, so i'm doubting waeringi.

Vaejovis is valid, buuuuut.....
Vaejovis is still a valid genus, just the "species groups" like the eusthenura group, which is now the genera Paravaejovis and Chihuahuanus (in part).

At present, Vaejovis includes the mexicanus group (the type species of Vaejovis is Vaejovis mexicanus), vorhiesi group, and nigrescens group.

Pv. confusus
waeringi is not yet known from Arizona... this one is confusus.

Hoffmannius confusus perhaps?
Hoffmannius confusus perhaps?
