Possible Araneus cingulatus? - Araneus cingulatus - female

Possible Araneus cingulatus? - Araneus cingulatus - Female
Hagerstown, Washington County, Maryland, USA
September 2, 2014
Size: 6/16" give or take?
Found on the light kit of my ceiling fan, it appeared to have woven very fine almost invisible lines around the light bulbs in the glass holders. Appeared to missing a leg on one side.
