I would say Orgyia antiqua, but it is difficult to say for sure from this photo.

Unfortunately not
I received this from a friend, but I wasn't sure which Tussock it was. I have no other information.

 
Hmmm...
I actually don't believe this is a tussock moth caterpillar. Although I do see some similarities with a White marked Tussock. Perhaps a Yellow Tailed Moth Caterpillar (Euproctis similis)
