...this is the strangest insect I have ever seen! Any ideas? Was on a cattail leaf. VERY big (see size above). It was on the cattail when I got to the Preserve at about 11:30 am and still there, in the same spot, when I got back to the pond at about 3 pm after walking the mile trail around the Preserve. I took pics both times, and see no difference in them.
