Sowbug or Pillbug? - Porcellio scaber

Sowbug or Pillbug? - Porcellio scaber
Cross Plains, Dane County, Wisconsin, USA
March 22, 2007
One of the early bugs out for a stroll on this fine day...

Sowbug
Harder to see from a top view but it looks like this isopod is fairly flattened. Pillbugs are more rounded.

Looks to me like Porcelio scaber. It has the uniform dark gray color, bumpy exoskeleton, head with three projections, and hard to see but looks like 2 second antenna segments.
