Xylocoris cursitans
As Boris predicted, it is X. cursitans, not common in our area, and found under bark.

Habitat is typical . . .
. . . for genus Xylocoris, and to me it just looks like X.cursitans, also occuring in Europe. But Don will sure produce a safe ID of this male (note blade-like paramere sticking out on left side of abdominal tip.)

I didn't keep it, but
they were really common under bark in this one area, I should be able to get some more. Normally you ask for beetles, so I didn't think this bug was of interest.
