It would be better to see the face, but there should be only two species in New Jersey with this overall shiny color and white calypters.

Tachinidae: probably Archytas sp.
Tachinidae: probably Archytas sp. After reviewing some USNM specimens I don't think this is Chrysotachina because the thorax is not metallic green.
