Biography:

I graduated from UBC in May 2007. I started working on my Masters project in May 2008. The main focus of is on feeding ecology of clearwing moths (Lepidoptera: Sesiidae). There is some IPM research as well in that a colleague, my supervisor and myself are trying to design a female trap to help organic growers control the pest clearwings better.

Besides my interest in moths i'm also interested in a few beetle families (especially Buprestidae and Cerambycidae).

The bottom line is that my two greatest passions in life are my wife and the clearwings.
