Biography:

An amateur photographer since the mid 1970's. I have been involved mainly in astrophotography with a large telescope until 2001, collecting many images of galaxies, star clusters etc.

Recently, I started shooting images of the very small creatures which I have been curious about since childhood. I am using Canon 40D and Rebel XT (350D) digital camera bodies with a Vivitar (Kiron) Series 1 105mm f/2.5 macro and a Vivitar (Tokina) Series 1 90mm f/2.5 macro. As of May 15, 2008, I have added the Canon MPE-65mm and MT-24ex twin head flash unit to my macro arsenal for the really small critters :^)

I hope to contribute many images to this site in the future.

Scott
