Biography:

I am a 30-something nature enthusiast. My passion is in the salticids, but I have an interest in all spiders and insects. My interest in spiders was sparked on a road trip that my friend Jeff and I had taken from Southern Cal to Florida, where we'd collected certain latrodectus and kukulkania specimens. From there my interest in the "phids" has become a passion which takes me outdoors to encounter many of the creatures here on bugguide.
