Biography:

I am a graduate student at Univeristy of Guelph in the Insect Systematics Lab. I have work on and off with Psocoptera for 8 years. My advisor is Dr. Steve Marshall who recently published a guide to Insects of Eastern North America. I was able to assist Steve with identifications for the chapter on Psocoptera (see page 674). **Note the image used on page 159 #1 is in fact Metylophorus novaescotiae "tip dot" not the intended Teliapsocus conterminus.

Currently my research involves:
1) developing the native Crabronid wasp Cerceris fumipennies into a Bio-survallence tool to address Emerald Ash Borer monitoring problem.
2) development of a web based guide to the Psocoptera of Eastern Canada.
3) Creation of web based collections for the macro Lepodoptera of the San Luis Research Station and Cabo Blanco A.R., Costa Rica.
