Hello my name is Jason. I am 27 (2008) and am originally from Northern Virginia. (Got some pics from there in here to.) I now live in Seminole County, Altamonte Springs, Florida. (For those of you that don't know where that is, Right smack dabb in the middle (or about 1/2 an hour from Orlando). I have been taking picture of bugs for years, but never really tried to identify them until now. If there was a cool looking bug I would snap a few shots of it. Well, It has become much more than that. Now me and my wife Jen make trips out to such places as Leu Botanical Gardens and Bok Tower specifically to go on bug hunts. I love it. It just makes my day to get a few shots of our little friends. IF anyone is in the Central Florida area and wants to get together for a Bug Hunt email us. It would be a lot of fun.

I use the Canon EOS Digitall Rebel 6.1 Megapixel. I have a 58mm lense with a +4,+2,+1 stacked filter and a 62mm (70-300mm Tele-Macro) lense. FINALLY got a true macro Sigma 105mm. Going to give it a try (Oct 08), got 30 days and then If I don't like it, taking it back.. We will see...
