Biography:

I am acting curator of Invertebrate Zoology at the Royal Alberta Museum. My main job is to run "The Bug Room", a live insect gallery, but I spend much of my time working on the museum's web site (Arthropods only) and identifying bugs for the public.

Although I have been photographing insects for the museum since 1999, I just got into it on my own time in the spring of 2005. My camera at the present time is a Konica-Minolta Dimage Z3, which gives great results and is easy to carry with me all the time.
