Hello all, im a 37 yo disabled bricklayer . i got hurt on the job 5 years ago , ruptered 2 discs in back and developed a nerve disease in my legs called rsd or crps. now im like couch bound most of the day because i can only walk like 5 min at a time , or actually cant even sit up more then 15ish min at a time.
after all that i got sick of not doing anything. i am avid gardener and before i got hurt had like 2500 perenails planted in my yard. o i bought a camera a cheapey digital but awsome for me. i started by taking pics of my flowers , i could get into the gardens on my scooter for a half hour maybe 2 to 3 times a day. well after taking 1000s of flowerr shots i started to run oughta things to take pics of, or so i thought . i noticed all the butterflies around my flowers , ie asclepsis tuberosa, butterfly weed , butterfly bush, asters , goldenrod, lupines , phlox . those are a feww of the big buterfly magnets ive got. so i fe;; in love withg the butterflies . now im actually into anything that crawls hovers or flys. i think i takee some great shots , mostly due to being in agonizing pain 24 hours a day , i became able to focus very intensly and notice many more of the subtle things in my gardens and the woods surounding my house. im still learning about identifying stuff and taking better pics. i d love any feedback and or help anyonne can offer. my new camera is a kodak easyshare z740. when i can afford ill be looking at something i can use to get the macro photos as i think there some of the best things ive ever seen. ill need camera advice to please lol. well thats me. a lover of everything nature has to offer us , just slightly mobility challenged.
