Retired musician, short time newspaper photographer. I began using digital a couple of years ago, and just recently updated equipment. I'd shot film through the 70's, & 80's, but had gotten away from photography for over 15 years. I'd always enjoyed shooting macro, but had never learned about insects. After joining Pbase, seeing insect shots by Tom Murray, and others inspired me to start shooting them again. Everyone knows I'm a senile, old goat who enjoys shooting more than anything.
