Near San Antonio Texas

I'm a wildlife artist and avid nature enthusiast / photographer. I have lived in south Texas all my life and been around about all the wildlife that is native to this area of the state.

I've been taking these close up photos of dragonflies and a few other species for only a short while now. I don't know all the details about most of them . . . yet. However, I live on 6 acres out in the country and have a large stock tank on the property behind mine. So far I've been able to get numerous quality shots, but there are so many different types out here it will take me a while to ID them all. Not to mention I have a dialup connection, so searching through the hundreds of images is very time consuming. With that said, I don't mind sharing the photos I have, I just hope the folks around here don't mind helping me ID the different species and have a little patience with me while I learn more about them.
