It was found on my moth sheet so I don't know what it was feeding on but when offered a Sycamore leaf, it started munching away.

I thought that black slash might help with an ID. It didn't help me and I guess it didn't help you.
I still have the cat and am trying to rear it. Metarranthis hypochraria and M. homuraria are very common here. Do you know what the host plants are for these 2 species? The cat seems to have grown bored of the Sycamore.

You may have found this info already but I think hypochraria will eat Prunus and apple(?).
