Bill, this is not an Anthaxia
Bill, this is not an Anthaxia viridifrons. An Anthaxia viridifrons is almost all brown with a little green. But I will see if I can figure this out for you.

Anthaxia quercata
I am very sorry that it took me so long to get back to this specimen. This is a male Anthaxia quercata. This is a great shot of this species.
